Ok it's kind of like Freecycle, if you don't know what that is I'll explain to the best of my abilities. Freecycle is where you post things that you want to give away or post things that you need or would like to get then people let you know if they want it, they come pick it up and you've gotten rid of whatever it is you didn't want with out adding to the growing landfields. So, I'd like to start a Bookcycle, since we don't all live in the same city, state, or country then we'll have to send the books to each other but this will help if any one wants to get rid of books, bookmarks, booklights, etc. and you can work it out between you and the person you're sending stuff to on where to send it, ship it, pack it, etc. in pms and emails that way that info is not on the site for the whole world to see. If this doesn't sound like a good idea or no one is interested I can just remove this topic.

Does anyone read the Steeple Hill/Love Inspired books? I have a whole bunch of them and I want to get rid of them, one because I've read them and don't want them or two because I've got too many copies. Let me know!

Yeah I think it would work perfect for a barter, gift or buy kinda room. A place to trade, give away or buy stuff from other members Smile

on the kmm site niessa, bluedragonfly, and i ahd a somewhat similar idea. what we started doing is mailing books to eachother to read and then we pass them to the next person. in the end they come back to u. it takes a bit of trust, but its worth it. we have been doing this and the idea has worked out great. the post was pulled from the other site because leiha said that the authors dont make any money this way. but truth is, its how i got the other 2 hooked on the sands series and we have purchased books because we only had parts of series. also, they seem to forget that alot of us, when we are feeling the financial pinch, go to the library and get these books instead of buying them anyway!
