This is my own;

Semi sundried or sun blushed tomatoes as many as you want
1 block of Feta Cheese
Couple of BAasil leaves or Basil pesto whichever you prefer (or can be left out if you don't like it)
Some garlic as much or little as you like or none if you don't like it
Olive oil 2 table spoons
Sweet Chilli sauce to taste ( i like a lot!)
And some Ciabatta bread

Cut up the toms, feta, basil leaves and garlic, stir together, add olive oil and sweet chilli sauce
Split the bread, place on a baking tray
Cover the bread with the mixture
Place into a preheated oven at between 150-200 degrees
Leave to bake for approx 10 minutes depending on the oven, you'll know its done when the cheese is soft to the touch and the bread is slightly crispy
Serve alone or with salad!

Takes about 20 minutes to prepare and cook, I love it for a quick easy and tasty dinner on a saturday night

Yummmeeee!!!

I wish I had seen this recipe before I went to the store today *sigh* maybe next time. It sounds like it will be really good and I LOVE bruschetta! Can't wait to try it.
