I love this... so quick and easy and one of my FAVES

1-2 steaks cut up into thin strips
1 can Beef Consummme
Mushrooms
Sour Cream
Egg Noodles

Put mushrooms in pan and start cooking them with a bit of Sherry and garlic salt
Remove mushrooms from heat and put Meat in same pan. Start boiling noodles.
Cook to preference. Return mushrooms to meat.
Add Consumme and add sour cream (I usually only put a good dollop in, its just to make the sauce creamier)
Let simmer till heated thouroghly.
Put sauce on noodles and Ta da... Stroganoff

I have the worst spelling anywhere.... hope you enjoy
